Signature Plan

Our Signature Plan protects your heating and central air conditioning system through scheduled maintenance occuring Bi-annually. Our system checks and diagnostics keep your system running at its peak efficiency.

Merit Plan

Our Merit Plan protects heating or cooling systems through scheduled maintenance occuring Annually. Our certified technicians will perform diagnostic checks to keep your system running in its prime through out the year.

Whats Included

Fall Comfort Plan-includes the following

• Inspect oil lines for leaks
• Inspect ignition wires and buss bars
• Check oil pump
• Lubricate all moving parts where required
• Check electrical lock out circuits
• Clean/adjust all safety controls
• Clean burners/heat exchanger
• Clean adjust pilot assembly
• Check fuel pipes for correct draft
• Check Thermostat
• Review equipment efficiency/CO test
• Inspect, clean and/or replace standard filters
• Check voltage and amperage to all motors
• Check for refrigeration leaks (dye test not included)
• Check for gas leaks in furnace
• Check total heating system performace and proper operation
• Oil Filter and nozzle included
• Make recommendations of any need repairs to system

Spring Comfort Plan- includes the following

• Ready system for operation annually
• Inspect, clean and/or replace standard filters
• Inspect indoor and outdoor coils, clean if necessary
• Verify and adjust refrigerant pressures
• Inspect motors and lubricate
• Check condensate drain lines
• Check safety controls
• Inspect contactor contacts
• Check thermostat
• Check and record running ans tarting amperage
• Make recommendations of any need repairs to system.

All plans include a 10% discount on any necessary parts or repairs, automatic scheduling, preferred service and a 5% discount on replacement of equipment covered under the Comfort Plan.
